Robin Bloore is married to Denise, has two grown up children and has lived in Warlingham for the past 37 years - both children having attended local schools.
Robin is now retired after a lengthy career in both Retail Management, and latterly the Electricity Supply Industry. His interests include theatre, classic cars, sailing, and travel, also very interested in supporting local Warlingham events.
He is keen to maintain the feel and ambiance of Warlingham as a pleasant and green village with a vibrant, clean, safe environment in which to live and work, together with a feeling of community. He is also aware that the housing needs of all residents need to be supported, in order to maintain an inclusive and representative community.
Robin is Chairman of Warlingham Christmas Lights Committee, Chairman of Warlingham Scout Group, and former Chairman of Warlingham & District Probus Club. He is also a serving member of the Warlingham Remembrance Day Committee, and of the Village Green Improvement Group.
Robin is also a Tandridge District Councillor, and as such has been appointed as the TDC Representative on both the Blanchmans Local Nature Reserve Management Committee, and local Citizens Advice Bureau.
