We are delighted to announce Andy Lynch as our candidate for Horley West in the Surrey County Council elections on 6 May 2021.
Andy Lynch has lived in Horley for 30 years, has two daughters that both were educated locally. Andy is a local businessman and runs his own flooring company.
Andy was a member of Horley Round Table until it disbanded and now gets heavily involved in local community projects, St Georges Day, Carnival etc.
Andy has represented Horley Central and now Horley South and Central since 2003, he is the Chairman of The Horley Town Management Group, was the chairman of Licensing and Regulatory Committee for 13 years, is currently the Armed Forces Champion for the Borough.
Andy likes fishing (sea and course), cricket and Rugby and has run marathons for charities.
